Files manager does not save big files, but no errors showing

I am using file manager plugin with tinymce, and when I upload a 1.2MB file size, filemanager upload it and save it in my directory but when I upload a 5MB file file manager only upload it and no save it. I check the permission of my folder and configure my php.ini and the NGINX max_body_file_size but nothing resolve it, thanks
